Default ATM Mesquite trip December 13 for everyone

We haven't had an ATM Mesquite trip in a couple years. It's time to get back to the good times!! I need to do some research on the Las Vegas track and see if they are open on Friday Dec. 12, as we'd like to go to Las Vegas on Friday and ride there, then ride the Mesquite track on Dec. 13. Who's in? I'm way stoked, I'd love to see those I haven't seen in a long time. Gas is almost affordable too!!

We're waiting on a new grandbaby to be born in Vegas about that time and I have to make a couple trips up there between now & then. Now I know I can get Dane to go with me too. I'm sure he will be all over that. DBK too if he doesn't work.

It would be fun to revisit these trips again. Omlettes at the Virgin River?

it looks like I'll be able to get work off. We should have 5 or 6 in our group.

I'm pretty sure I can make it. And with bad weather looming soon, I'm sure I'll be JONESING to go too.

Ok, did some research.

Boulder City Motocross looks to be open Friday Dec. 12th. The day fee is $25, however, they require an AARA insurance card, which costs $35. I am going to contact them and see if they offer a day card, but I didn't see anything on their site about it, so I doubt they do. So if anyone knows, let me know, otherwise, I'm going to contact them and see.

Mesquite Mx Park is open Saturday Dec. 13th. The fee is $30 to ride for the day.

So far just to ride the cost is $90 -- that's pretty spendy if you ask me. Then of course we've got to get there, hotel, and eat, so ...

I really hope they will do a day pass.

I called and the voice mail box was full. Hopefully they have a day pass. We're down to 4 weeks and I'm stoked.

A day pass would certainly make life easier that's for sure.

Boulder track is closed.
Mesquite has all new tracks, main track is long and fast with some big jumps and the up hill is still there.
Have fun and be safe.

Closed for good or just that day? Any other track options for Friday? Cedar city?

About 40-50 minutes north of Vegas and right off of the I-15.

Boulder is closed for good, poor managment and crappy track workers and prep.
Mesquite is about 90 miles north of Vegas. The town of Mesquite is in Nevada, but the track is in AZ.
Cedar is closed also, not sure if it is closed for good.
Sandy Valley NV has a track also, not much of a town no where to stay in Sandy, you can stay in Jean NV which is about 20 miles south of Vegas and about 20 miles from Sandy. it is a tight slower and fun track. It cas be rented any day of the week i think. They also have EMT's at the track when ever it is open.

Excellent prime rib in Jean and cheap decent rooms.
