3 Palms 1/6/08??

We'll be at 3 Palms on Sunday. I think Mr Pringle and JKT will be there as well. Just thought I'd throw this out and see if anyone else wanted to ride with us. Hope to see you out there....

Last I read, only 10% chance tomorrow Steven. Little bit of rain today, should make for a great GP track tomorrow. Race next weekend is on the River track, I'd like to get some practice in on it.

Originally we were planning a trip out there for this weekend.

But the last 2 weeks all our fun funds have been sucked out of us!

I had no washer for one week then the next week I had no plumbing!!

Those two issues cost us major $$ so we will be here at home for a while


You guys have fun and stay safe.

Actually, I guess it's not losing them I hate so much as building them back.

Ok, so it happens to other people too!

I haven't been riding (or NOT riding) long enough to experiance that I guess.

I am a little scared to ride now thinking about what awaits my poor hands!

We didn't get there until about 2:15. Didn't get to see any of the others. I think Char's bunch may have passed us driving out as I was unloading the truck but not sure???

In the last photo, if it works, you can see the ambulance and the fire truck in the background. Evidently, someone had a pretty bad spill on the supercross track. I didn't hear what happened or who it was. Let's everyone send up a prayer for whomever it might have been.

Peyton is doing fairly well I think for his second time on the bike.

Sorry we missed you clole. Cool pics! The wind was picking up about that time and I don't really care for riding in the wind.

We had a fairly good day of riding. Anna and John rode quite a bit today. Prag and Corbin came out and rode too, unfortunately Corbin went down hard. But I'll let his dad post up about that more.

Mr Pringle was out there and his big pumpkin and rode quite a bit.. I bet he's sore tomorrow. I saw JKT and crew, but didn't get to ride with him much. Ok, that's not true, I kept him in sight for maybe two corners.

I spent most of my time on the river track, because that's where the race next weekend was supposed to be. Got home tonight and found out they moved it to the main track. Kinda sucks as I was feeling good on the river track today and I've got about 5 laps total time ever on the main track. Ah well...should be interesting.

The river track was primo for sure, got pretty rough late in the day though. Weather was awesome, wind could have been a little lighter. 80 degrees in January is sweet.
Should be interesting next Sunday on the Main track.
My thoughts go out to Corbin, he took a hard spill on concrete like blue groove.
Good seeing Char and family.
