Wortham, Texas (February 9, 2006) - The 2006 calendar for [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is complete through July. You can find all the dates on the home page by simply scrolling down.
National amateur riders will find within the dates practice days for those wanting some track time before the Lake Whitney and Oakhill National's. Camping is open all week starting on Monday, February 27th ($5 per night Camping). Practice ($15/day/rider) will begin on Tuesday, February 28th and run through Friday, March 3rd. Practice times each day are from 11am-4pm.
You will also find the announced dates for the FMF Texas Night Series starting in April. Freestone will also host a Night Series Warm Practice on Friday, April 7th. This will help kick off the 7th Annual FMF Texas Night Series opener on Saturday, April 8th. Gate times will be announced soon for the Night Series for those wanting to camp that Friday night after practice. Freestone is the host and promoter of the Texas Night Series and boast the brightest night track in the U.S. Racing at Freestone at night is like racing during the day. The FMF Texas Night Series will again join with Village Creek MX Park to help host the 5 round series offering over $160,000 in product contingency to be awarded at the final round to the Top 7 overall.
Freestone County Raceway is very proud to be hosting the opening round of the 31st Annual NMA Ponca qualifier and the 34th Annual GNC Texas Series on the weekend of April 29th & 30th respectively. This is a double header weekend so you can get the most for your travel time.

Freestone County Raceway is hosting the Regional qualifier on June 3rd & 4th. Freestone will also host a Warm Up practice on Friday, June 2nd.
