Default Looking for pipe recommendations for 125SX - trail bike

I have a 2005 125SX that is completely stock. I haven't ridden it in a couple years and want to update the bike. I ride trails mainly, no track time. What do you guys recommend for a pipe/spark arrestor? I'm considering a FMF Fatty and Turbinecore S/A.

I would think that you may want to be sure the engine is in 100% good running condition prior to any jetting or pipe changes. If you make those changes now with out the engine being fresh you will get real frustrated as nothing will work as it should and will be hard to get a handle on the tuning. The bike has set for some time, but do you know the condition of the top end, seals and etc. I would start with a compression test. Then a leak test. Clean all engine mounts and electrical connections prior to doing any thing.
