exc to sx?

gday all, just asking what needs to be done to get my buddies 07exc250 up to near sx250 performance??? porting? pipe?

sx flywheel and cylinder should work and the ignition, ktm shares many parts engine wise so see if you can track down a cylinder cause that would be the quickest way. the engine is sleepy mainly because the flywheel its heavier than the sx, the ignition is less aggresive too, let me know what happens.
