![]() So my 300 mxc light dims at idle and gets brighter with higher rpm' s. So that would be the rectifier is bad rite? This bike didn't come from the factory with a light I bought it this way. The stater is the same part number as the exc witch has a light obviously |

![]() The rectifier doesn't affect voltage output, that is the job of the regulator. Most of these units are combined now. If there is no battery then when the revs drop the alternator ( stator ) won't be producing 12v to run the lights bright. The solution is a battery that balances the voltage at low rpm. Of corse you'll need to have your R/R working properly so you don't fry the battery.... |

![]() Well fit example my son's 04 200 exc no battery nice and constant light. My buddies rmx no battery and nice constant light. My stater is the same part number is it missing something? |
