My spring came in today. Since I had the back wheel off I went ahead and put on a new rear & front sprocket and chain. I went with a 50 on the back and left the front @14. I can't believe the difference, its like a brand new bike!! Once I got the sag set right I didn't feel like I was riding a kids bike anymore. The front end no longer pops up every time I crack the throttle and I love the lower gearing. I could not ride a whole lot because it rained and I could not get any traction. I am praying for sun and no more rain tomorrow, because I plan on riding a ton.

if its still not enough for you, or if you get used to the power and want to go faster try messing with the power valve its very simple and adjustable on the 03 2 strokes.. takes all of 10 minutes to do and no mess

All you do is take the cover off by the water pump (big aluminum screw cover) loosen a screw and adjust it either up or down depending where you want the power to hit, i have my 03 125sx set in the "langston" setting

anyway this will make things more clear

Here are some pictures of my bike after I spruced it up a bit:

I am really getting the hang of things again, I should be really up to snuff just as the snow flies though.

I replaced the rear fender, the sticker on the radiator shroud is orange and covers the whole thing, so it makes it look new as well. The front fender was brand new when I bought the bike.

the 200 is a notoriously pipey bike and likes to be revved quite a bit. you will grow into the capabilites of the bike. a flywheel weight from Staehly would help bring the bike down out of the stratosphere. a 9 oz. unit or so. plus it wont die in the slow stuff near as easy.
