I honed and put a new wiseco piston/ring kit (87.5mm). Bike starts and for most part runs strong, except for the following, which I need some assistance:

1) Idle - Bike does not idle without some resistance on the throttle. How do I adjust idle? From what I've read these things are notoriously difficult to tune/ jet. Do I simply adjust pilot air screw? Do I turn IN or OUT?

2) Plug Fouling - After about an hour or so of riding, the plug dies. Simply replacing plug rectifies the problem, but requires always traveling with at least 2 plugs and tools. Is this normal? Is this issue related to 1)?

3) Fuel/oil Mixture - My manual says I should be running 20:1 mixture. I have seen other posters indicate they go as lean as 40:1? Obviously at 20:1 bike is real a smogger, is it safe to run leaner? I use a good quality semi-synthetic 2-stroke oil, what would be an optimal mixture?
